Supervises the preparation of the land, residential, commercial, and industrial portions of the property digest. Assists with the development and implementation of schedules and procedures for the valuation for real and personal property. Trains and supervises the work of personnel involved in the valuation of real and personal property. Compiles and analyzes monthly sales ratio studies. Defends appraised values, schedules and methods before the Board of Equalization. Performs the duties of the Chief Appraiser in his/her absence.
